Keith's parents left for home this morning. Please pray that they will make it safely home to Tennessee. It has been wonderful to have so much help. Pray for us as we adjust to being on our own with Lincoln.
Speaking of Lincoln, he is doing really well. He is still not very interested in breastfeeding, but other than that he is a good baby. For the most part, he only cries when he is hungry. At night he eats and then usually goes right back to sleep. Though he sleeps a lot, we do get to see his eyes every now and then. We call him the "one eyed pirate" because often looks around with one eye open and one eye closed.
The next few weeks are going to be hard as we wait to start the treatment process. Once you know something is wrong, you want to start fixing it right away. It is frustrating to have to wait. Pray that our spirits will remain hopeful. It is my prayer that God will plant a hedge around us and protect us from satan's attacks. Pray that God will grant us with the tools that we need to make it through this time of waiting. Pray that we will use this time to enjoy Lincoln.

I know of you guys through Jeremy and Amanda Waters- we went to church with them and have met Keith on several occasions when he was visiting Jeremy. I just wanted you to know that we are praying for you and Keith. I can't imagine everything you must be going through right now. Just know that we are praying- a lot.
Hey McCord Family...
You guys are in our prayers daily... may God be your strength and comfort, and most of all, healer during this stressful and trying time!
Congratulations on the birth of Lincoln! We're so happy for you. :)
