Keith didn't feel well this morning. He woke up feeling very nauseous, so he decided to stay home instead of going to church. He was feeling a little better when Lincoln and I got home from church, and he seems fine tonight.

He has also been having a lot of trouble getting to sleep for the past week. Hopefully the doctor can give Keith some medicine to help with that at our next appointment. I'm hoping the medicine won't make Keith do anything crazy in his sleep. I saw a report on the news about people doing weird things in their sleep while taking sleeping pills. I guess it would make for an interesting story on the blog.
