We're all doing well. Keith is excited to have a break from going to Baylor. He has three whole days off. : ) Keith's parents and his grandmother will be coming down for a visit on Sunday. So Lincoln is going to have lots of attention!

I have a recipe to share for all you chocolate and peanut butter lovers out there. I made it tonight for a treat, and it is yummy!!

Triple Peanut Pizza
1 tube refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
1 c chocolate chips
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c chopped peanut butter cups

Press cookie dough onto greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand for 5 min. Spread melted chips over crust. Freeze for 10 min or until set. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla in a small bowl until creamy. Spread over chocolate. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups. Chill until serving.
