I find it frustrating when people tell me to count my blessings or look at the bright side. I know good things are happening. Lincoln and I have a place to live. I have a car to drive. We don't have any huge medical bills that I know of. We have wonderful friends and family. There a many good things in our lives right now. I know that, but it is hard to see them at this point.

I am really trying to provide you with small glimpses into my emotions right now. If I do not include some of my struggles, I would not be painting a true picture. Do I know that God is blessing us? Absolutely. Do I know that he is going to see me through this? Absolutely. Does knowing these things make working through my grief any easier? No.

Dear Stephanie,
You are so right in that it's hard to see good things happening right now.Our intellect tells us that good things are happening, but our heart says something very different.
I will keep you and Lincoln in my prayers.
Love,
Martha

Stephanie,

Thank you so much for allowing me to be included in on your struggles.

"You know" you have many blessings and "you know" there is a bright side, but right now you also know there are lonely nights and times you just want to scream. Those times you should scream.

There are times you are angry and resentful. You as a young woman expected to have a long full and happy life as a wife and mother. Now all that has been ripped from you. So please, anytime you need to express any emotions, this is your blog. I just want to thank you for allowing me to share in it.

Our love and prayers are with you daily.

Stephanie, you continue to be in my daily prayers as you struggle. I know that you are doing the best you can, and that is all God asks. I vaguely remember you from Harding, I was in Regina from 1997-2000. (I was Krystal Proctor then, I am Krystal Maples now). I am here for you if you need to talk or anything.

Stephanie, I was at Harding the same time as you and Keith (I was in Regina from 1997-2000), my maiden name was Krystal Proctor. (I'm Krystal Maples now) I have kept you in my daily prayers ever since I've started reading your blogs back in November. I am here if you need to talk or anything.

Dear Stephanie,
I am Myra's aunt & have been reading your blog since October. I admire your honesty and your strength that you have shown. When we loose good people (Keith & my nephew Adam) we do wonder why? Reading your blog has opened my eyes to the blessings that I have & should be more appreciative of. So please continue to be honest & don't hold back, let us that follow you help by "listening", we are here for you. hugs to you & Lincoln, Kathy Laird (sorrydog@sbcglobal.net)
