Grocery Shopping is Fun Again
I used to enjoy going to the grocery store. I can remember the days when I would leisurely stroll down the aisles and fill my cart. These days going to the grocery store has just become one of those things that must be done. When I was living in Greenville, someone told me about a website where they tell you how to use coupons and the sale ads to get some great bargains. (http://www.thegrocerygame.com/) I decided to give it a try, and I love it! Lincoln and I went to Kroger today. We bought 22 items. I paid $19.20, and I saved $26.82. Here are a few of our great deals:
-Cheerios $1
-Kraft bar-b-que sauce $.36
-Softsoap handsoap FREE : )
-Cottonelle toilet paper $.24
-Chex cereal $.75
-Nature valley granola bars $.50
Instead of being a chore, now I look forward to going to the grocery store.

wow! Sounds great! I checked out the site and think I may try this. You know, you can get credit for referring people too. You can receive 12 weeks free when you refer three people. If you would like to receive credit for me, you can send me your email address. I understand if you want to keep that private though. :)

I have been wanting to try it, but wondered if it was really worth it. Shopping for our family of 5 can put a strain on the budget! Thanks for letting me know it really works. One question though, do you get random things or stuff you use pretty consistently?
I just signed up! Thanks for the great tip. I would love for you to receive credit for me also. Just send me your email address if you like:
