I really thought I would be a better blogger over the summer. It appears that I may actually be worse. I'm not sure why that is the case. It's not that I don't have things to write. I think it may have more to do with the fact that I've been reading two novels a week, and I've also been working on projects around the house.

Lincoln's doing great. He is talking more and more each day. It amazes me how much he has learned over the past month and a half. (Baby book update-He can count to ten, and he can identify many colors.) His attention span is also getting longer. We've been going to the library to check out books. I usually pick out 6-8 books for him. After lunch, we usually sit and read books. He wants me to read all of them. Other than our 30-40 minutes of reading time, the boy is on the go all day long!!
