My friend Marie and her daughter Zoe came to spend the week with us last week. We had lots of fun! Zoe is two, just like Lincoln, so by the end of the week, Marie and I felt more like referees than moms. : ) Though we focused on doing activities with the kids, we also managed to sneak in some shopping. And best of all, Marie and I had some great late night talks.

On Monday we went to the zoo. It was HOT!
