We've got an offer on the house! The couple came and looked at the house this afternoon, and my realtor called shortly after with the good news. They offered to pay the asking price, so we've gotten to skip going back and forth on the price. Please be praying that the inspection goes well. It's always scary with an older house. Pray that their funding comes through and that this process goes as smoothly as possible.
